Return & Refund Policy

At ThePetCareLab, your satisfaction is our priority. We want your shopping experience to be smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., used pet bowls, grooming tools, feeders, or opened pet accessories).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification approving or rejecting the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective or damaged items

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at esno84@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items with signs of use or wear

  • Opened hygiene-related pet products


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
